Sheffield Doc Fest
Sheffield Doc/Fest brings the international documentary family together to celebrate the art and business of documentary making for five intense days in June around the city of Sheffield.
Doc/Fest is a film festival, industry session programme and marketplace, offering pitching opportunities, controversial discussion panels and in-depth filmmaker master classes, as well as wealth of inspirational documentary films from across the globe.
Cine Yorkshire brings a high quality digital cinema experience to communities across North Yorkshire who would have to travel long distances to see the latest releases.
Cine Yorkshire is one of three rural cinema pilot initiatives in the UK, aimed at bringing a high quality and modern digital cinema experience to local audiences undeserved in cinema provision.
From village halls to stately homes, festivals and arts centres, they work with partners and venues across North Yorkshire to screen a range of content, including the latest film releases, art-house favourites, screens classics, archive gems, live theatre and music events.
Bradford Animation Festival (BAF)
Bradford will be getting animated this November as BAF returns to the National Media Museum for it’s 19th year. Running from 13th-17th November.
Packed with legends from the world of animation and guests from top international studios, BAF will deliver screenings, workshops and the hotly contested BAF Awards, which celebrate the best in new animation from around the world.
